Duke Realty swings to 3Q loss (Carmel Topics)

Hamilton County-based developer Duke Realty Corp. reported that it swung to a third-quarter loss as it continues to try and shed vacant land from its portfolio to help the bottom line. In its earnings report released Wednesday, Duke lost $322.8 million or $1.44 per share, compared to a profit of $11.4 million or 8 cents per share in the same quarter last year.
